Tesla Model X: Bright Trim - Upper Grille (Remove and Replace)

Removal

1. Remove the front fascia assembly (refer to procedure).
2. Remove the screws (x4) that secure the upper grille bright trim to the front fascia (torque 1 Nm).

   Note: Components have been removed in this graphic to aid clarity.

   

3. Use a trim tool to carefully release the clips that secure the upper grille bright trim to the front fascia.

Caution: Take care not to damage component(s).

4. Release the upper grille bright trim from the front fascia.

   Note: Components have been removed in this graphic to aid clarity.

   

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
