Tesla Model X: Panel - Closing - Upper - Front Fascia (Remove and Replace)

Removal

1. Remove the front lower grille assembly (refer to procedure).
2. Remove the screws (x4) that secure the upper closing panel to the lower grille (torque 1 Nm).

   

3. Carefully release the tab that secures the RH side of the upper closing panel to the lower grille.

   Caution: Take care not to damage component(s).

   

4. Release the clips that secure the upper closing panel to the lower grille.
5. Remove the upper closing panel from the lower grille.

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

Caution: Replace any broken clips.
