Tesla Model X 2015-2024 Service Manual / Closures / Seal - Door Front Outer Belt - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove

Lower the front and rear LH windows.
Open the front door.
Partially open the rear door.
Use a plastic trim tool to release the outer belt seal.
Remove the outer belt seal from the vehicle.

Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.

Setup Press the Power button and watch the display. When the display shows "ATEQ VT30", note the version number: If the version is EA1-07, refer to TN-14-92-005, "ATEQ TPMS Tool Firmware Update" to update the tool's firmware. If the version is higher than EA1-0

Module - Thermal Controller (Remove and Replace)

Remove Remove the ECU box from the vehicle (refer to procedure). Remove the screws (x2) that secure the bracket inside the ECU box (torque 2.5 Nm). Remove the thermal controller module from the ECU box.
