Tesla Model X: Grille - Speaker - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace)
Removal
Release the clips (x4) that secure the speaker grille to the
door trim panel.
Tip: Open the rear door to a comfortable
working height for better access.
Remove the speaker grille from the vehicle.
Installation Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the
following:
Caution: Replace any broken clips.

Open the LH rear door.
Remove the LH rear door upper trim panel (refer to procedure).
Remove the screws (x4) that secure the middle upper bracket
(torque 3 Nm).
Removal
Open the LH rear door.
Remove the LH rear door upper trim panel (refer to procedure).
Remove the screws (x3) that secure the rear upper bracket
(torque 2.5 Nm).
Removal
Open the LH rear door.
Remove the LH rear door upper trim panel (refer to procedure).
Remove the screws (x3) that secure the front upper bracket
(torque 2.5 Nm).

Before you can operate Autosteer, you must enable it by
touching Controls > Autopilot > Autosteer (Beta).
To indicate that Autosteer is
available (but
not actively steering Model X), the
instrument panel displays a gray Autosteer
icon.
To initiate Autosteer, press the right scroll wheel.

Prepare a padded surface to set the door onto after it is
removed.
Remove the rear door upper trim panel (refer to procedure).
Remove the lower rear door trim panel (refer to procedure).
Fully open the rear door.
Disconnect the harnesses and release the groun
