Tesla Model X: Trim - Armrest - Center Console (Remove and Replace)

Removal

1. Remove both center console armrest pads (refer to procedure).
2. Use a trim tool to release the clips (x7) that secure the center console armrest trim to the armrest base.

   Caution: Replace any broken clips.

    

3. Remove the center console armrest trim from the vehicle.

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following: Carefully press the armrest trim straight down until the clips are secured to the new armrest base.

Caution: Take care not to damage component(s).

USB Hub - Center Console (Remove and Replace)

1. Remove the center console rear trim panel (refer to procedure).
2. Release the screws (x4) that secure the USB hub to the center console rear trim panel (torque 1 Nm).

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
